ORDER

You do not need an account to shop at The Viet Concept by checking out as a guest.

However, having an account means exclusive member benefits including sales and VIP offers, new season previews and new additions updates, saving your wishlist items, saving your address and payment details for fast checkout, easy order tracking and updates and much more.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail to inform you that your order has been received.

However, this does not mean that your order has been confirmed. If paying by payment card or Tabby, your order will only be accepted once your card details or Tabby payment have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items are located and shipped.

From here, you will then receive a second e-mail from us confirming your order. In the event of a problem, however, you will quickly be informed and your payment will not be processed. 

All prices shown already include applicable taxes and duties, so there are no additional costs at checkout.

However, a few countries may require an extra customs fee upon delivery.
If this applies to your order, please contact us — you may proceed with the payment on your end, and we will promptly reimburse you once the customs process is completed.

Most sold-out items do come back in stock, though we don’t have an exact restock date.

To stay updated, simply add the item to your wishlist and check our New In section every Saturday for the latest arrivals — or drop us a quick WhatsApp message, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back.

To place an order without an account, enter your e-mail on the checkout page. This will not create an account for you, it will simply allow us to stay in touch with you for your order.

However, creating an account will make your orders and account management easier, in addition to saving your wishlist on your account so that you can access it on any device, sharing your wishlist, saving your addresses and processing any requests more easily.

Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout based on your delivery location:

  • UAE: Free delivery
  • GCC: 47 AED
  • Rest of the World: 74 AED

Many of our designs are available in made-to-order or pre-order mode, allowing each piece to be created with care, reducing waste, and honoring the art of mindful production.

Depending on the brand and design, production time may take from a few days to a few weeks. While dispatch times may vary, your piece will always arrive within the indicated timeframe.

DELIVERY

You will receive an email and WhatsApp message once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse via DHL, our trusted logistics partner. If you’d like further updates or assistance, our shopping assistant is always here to help — just send us a message anytime.

Once your order has been paid for and processed by The Viet Concept, it cannot be canceled. This is because many of our designs are made-to-order and crafted individually by our independent designers, especially for you. Each piece is produced with care and intention, ensuring quality and sustainability.

If you still wish to make changes, please refer to our Exchanges Policy for guidance — our team will be happy to assist and find the best possible solution for you.

Please contact our Care Team via WhatsApp or Email, and have your Order ID along with the correct delivery address ready. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.

To track your order, simply visit My Orders under My Account, where you can view your order status — Ordered, Shipped, or Delivered.

If you prefer a more personal touch, just message us on WhatsApp, and our Care Team will assist you directly and provide real-time updates.

We offer international shipping to all countries supported by DHL, our trusted global delivery partner.

Yes, we provide express delivery options for customers who need their orders delivered quickly. You can select this option during checkout for faster service.
We proudly partner with DHL, ensuring the fastest and most reliable delivery solution worldwide.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track directly on the DHL tracking page.
If you prefer, simply message our team, and we’ll be happy to check the delivery status on your behalf.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

Refunds are only issued for items with a verified manufacturing fault. However, we’re always happy to assist you with a return or exchange if needed. Please contact our Care Team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID, and kindly share a video of your unboxing clearly showing the damaged item.

As part of our commitment to quality and care, we perform a thorough quality check and record a video of each item before shipment to ensure every piece meets our standards before it reaches you.

We accept returns only in cases where there is a verified manufacturing fault.

  • Once you’ve decided to return an item, please do so within 14 days from the date you received your order.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received — new, unused, with all garment tags attached, and in our original packaging.
  • We cannot accept damaged, worn, or soiled goods. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Care Team immediately with proof of damage.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Pre-order, personalized, or made-to-measure items (crafted according to your specific measurements).
  • Certain designer brands that only allow returns for defective or faulty products upon delivery.

At The Viet Concept, we value sustainability and proudly support independent designers — therefore, we do not encourage ordering items purely for trying on, as often seen in fast-fashion models.

However, your experience matters deeply to us, and if any issue arises due to our fault or a verified defect, we will make it right. In such cases, we are pleased to offer an exchange for the same design based on availability.

How to return: Returns are easy and simple.

  1. Visit My Account on desktop.
  2. Select your order and click Return.
  3. Add your reason for return.
  4. For international orders, select your pick-up date, time, and location, then submit your request.

Or, you can simply message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID, and our team will assist you personally.

As per our policy, eligible items can be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we’re unable to process any return requests.

PAYMENT

We currently accept payments through: Apple Pay, MasterCard, VISA, Tabby. 

Promotional codes are valid only in accordance with their terms, until the date stated, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or promotion. Some codes are also only available for a single use.

We will cancel the order and refund the complete order amount to your bank. However, please contact your bank to cancel the bank installment payments plan. In case of cancellation, the Processing Fee might not be refunded, therefore please confirm the refund policies with your bank.

The currency will default to the currency of the region you are shopping from, which you can change at the bottom left hand side of the homepage. 

Installment payment options are offered through Tabby, When you proceed to checkout, you'll have the opportunity to select the installment period for spreading out your payments, along with any relevant fees or interest.

After you complete your order with us, it will take 2 days to send your information to your bank. An additional 3-5 working days will be taken by your bank to convert the amount into installments. A total of 5-7 days will be required for the purchase to show up on your credit card statement. If the bank installment payments plan is converted by your bank, you will also receive an SMS confirmation from them.
